How do I get started?
Complete the online prequalification, confirm your state, and review the available program information. If you continue, Qualiphy collects the clinical intake and schedules the video consultation.
How long does the process take?
Timing varies by state, provider availability, pharmacy processing, and the information needed for the clinical review.
Will I automatically receive treatment?
No. Treatment is only provided if medically appropriate based on a provider’s evaluation.
Treatment & Prescriptions
Do you prescribe medications?
Vynova does not prescribe. If clinically appropriate, a licensed provider in the Qualiphy network may prescribe after the video consultation.
Are medications guaranteed?
No. Prescriptions are not guaranteed and depend on medical eligibility.
Can my treatment plan change?
Yes. Your provider may adjust your treatment plan based on your progress and needs.

Where do you offer care?
Services are available only in the jurisdictions listed on our Where We Serve page and depend on the patient’s physical location during the consultation.
How do I contact the clinical team about a prescription?
Submit a Clinical question routing request through Vynova Support. Vynova routes the request to the appropriate Qualiphy clinical team. Do not use support for emergencies.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your personal and medical information is handled securely and confidentially.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.
