Clinical evaluations, medical decisions, prescribing decisions, and professional healthcare services may be provided by independent clinical partners, providers, pharmacies, or other third parties, including Qualiphy.

Some information you provide may be protected health information, consumer health data, or sensitive personal information under federal or state law. Before Vynova Health goes live with real patient data or PHI inside its CRM, the required HIPAA-related configuration, agreements, and internal controls must be completed.

- Lead and marketing information: form submissions, advertising source, UTM data, page visits, referral source, device/browser information, and interaction timestamps.

We do not sell your mobile opt-in data or SMS consent. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
