These Terms govern use of the Vynova Health LLC website, forms, administrative services, payment flows, and related non-clinical support.
1. Core Terms
By accessing joinvynova.com, submitting a form, purchasing a program, communicating with Vynova Health, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Vynova Health LLC provides administrative, marketing, technology, payment coordination, support, and service coordination related to telemedicine and wellness programs.
Vynova Health is not an emergency medical provider and does not replace your primary care provider, urgent care, emergency care, or specialist.
2. Clinical Services and Eligibility
Clinical services may be provided by independent clinical partners, providers, or professional entities, including Qualiphy. Vynova Health does not guarantee treatment approval, prescription, a particular medication, or any specific result.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where the program is available. Vynova Health is not currently available for patients located in Alabama, Hawaii, or Mississippi.
3. Payments, Recurring Billing, Refunds, and Cancellations
You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout, including any disclosed administrative fees, provider coordination fees, support fees, or shipping/handling charges.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid a renewal charge.
Once medication has shipped, medication-related, pharmacy, fulfillment, and shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law or where Vynova determines an error occurred.
Administrative, program setup, processing, provider coordination, and clinical coordination fees may be non-refundable once intake routing, provider coordination, administrative processing, or clinical partner review has begun.
4. Communications, Third-Party Services, and Liability
By providing contact information and consent, you may receive communications by email, phone, SMS, or other channels. Marketing communications are optional. Transactional communications may be necessary to provide services.
The website and administrative services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vynova Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Final dispute-resolution terms remain pending attorney review.
