Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Vynova Health membership or subscription according to this Cancellation Policy and the terms shown at checkout.
1. How to Cancel
You may request cancellation by emailing billing@joinvynova.com, emailing support@joinvynova.com, submitting an available cancellation form, or using any online cancellation option Vynova makes available.
2. Timing and Effect
To avoid a renewal charge, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past charges.
After cancellation is processed, future recurring charges should stop, access to ongoing support or membership benefits may end, and pending clinical, pharmacy, or fulfillment work may be cancelled only if cancellation is still operationally possible.
3. Fulfillment and Fee Limits
If pharmacy processing, compounding, dispensing, fulfillment, shipping, or provider-related work has already begun, cancellation may not stop that item from processing. Once medication has shipped, medication-related, pharmacy, fulfillment, and shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law or where Vynova determines that an error occurred.
Administrative, program setup, processing, provider coordination, and clinical coordination fees may be non-refundable once intake routing, provider coordination, administrative processing, or clinical partner review has begun.
4. Communications and Contact
You can opt out of marketing emails using unsubscribe links and opt out of SMS by replying STOP. SMS opt-out does not automatically cancel your membership or subscription. To cancel billing, use one of the cancellation methods above.
