By opting in to receive text messages from Vynova Health, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry, account, forms, reminders, payment status, support, program updates, and, if separately consented, marketing messages.
1. Message Categories
Transactional / Non-Marketing: inquiry responses, state availability, form reminders, checkout reminders, payment status, account updates, intake reminders, support messages, cancellation/refund status, and renewal/refill reminders.
Marketing: promotional offers, program updates, educational content, reactivation messages, and availability updates only if you separately opt in.
2. Opt-In, Frequency, and Cost
You may opt in by checking an unchecked consent box, submitting a form with clear SMS consent language, texting first, or otherwise providing valid consent. Message frequency varies based on activity, account status, reminders, program stage, and communication preferences.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
3. STOP / HELP / Emergency Rule
- Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out.
- Reply HELP for help or contact support@joinvynova.com.
- Do not use SMS for emergencies, urgent symptoms, medication side effects, dosing questions, or medical advice.
4. Privacy
