Vynova Health coordinates administrative services, customer support, payment-related communications, and non-clinical program logistics. Vynova Health does not prescribe, dispense, or manufacture medication.

Qualiphy and licensed providers

Qualiphy provides the licensed provider network and the synchronous two-way video telehealth consultation. The licensed provider performs the clinical evaluation, makes any diagnosis, determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate, and makes prescribing decisions.

Pharmacy partners

If a provider issues a prescription, Pharmacy Hub or Strive Pharmacy may fulfill and ship the prescription as appropriate. Pharmacy processing and shipping timelines vary by prescription, pharmacy processing, and patient location.

Clinical and prescription questions

For questions about clinical care or an existing prescription, submit a Clinical question routing request. Vynova routes the request to the appropriate Qualiphy clinical team. Do not use this form for emergencies; call 911 or local emergency services when needed.
