GLP-1 / Compounded Medication Disclaimer
Information on Vynova Health pages about GLP-1 medications, peptides, weight management, or wellness programs is for general informational and administrative purposes only and is not medical advice.
1. Approval and Prescription Limits
Payment, intake submission, or interest in a program does not guarantee medical approval, prescription, a specific medication, a specific dose, continued treatment, weight loss, medication availability, insurance reimbursement, or a shipping timeline.
2. FDA and Compounded Medication Limits
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Compounded medications are not the same as FDA-approved generic drugs.
Vynova Health does not represent that any compounded medication is the same as, equivalent to, a generic version of, or a substitute for any FDA-approved medication.
3. Risks, Fulfillment, and Availability
A licensed provider must determine whether treatment is appropriate and may require additional intake information, labs, prior medical records, primary care follow-up, in-person evaluation, referral, or no prescription.
If medication is prescribed, pharmacy processing, fulfillment, and shipping may be handled by third-party pharmacies or fulfillment partners. Once medication has shipped, medication-related, pharmacy, fulfillment, and shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law or where Vynova determines that an error occurred.
Programs may not be available in every state. Vynova Health is not currently available for patients located in Alabama, Hawaii, or Mississippi.
Acknowledgment: You understand approval and prescriptions are not guaranteed, compounded medications are not FDA-approved or FDA-approved generic drugs, Vynova does not claim compounded medications are equivalent to brand-name medications, a licensed provider must determine medical appropriateness, and results are not guaranteed.
