Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Vynova Health LLC handles consumer health data under the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada Senate Bill 370, Connecticut’s consumer health data law, and similar state laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What Consumer Health Data Is
“Consumer health data” means personal information that identifies, or could reasonably identify, a person’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Because Vynova coordinates access to weight management programs, the fact that you requested or selected a program may be consumer health data.
2. Consumer Health Data We Collect and Why
- The program you request or select (for example, a weight management program) and your prequalification status.
- Intake status, provider review status, and fulfillment and shipping status.
- Confirmation that you are 18 or older and the state where you will be located for your consultation.
- Support requests that mention your program.
We collect this information only to provide the services you request: check service availability, coordinate your intake and consultation with Qualiphy, process payment, coordinate fulfillment if a prescription is issued, provide support, and comply with law. We do not use consumer health data for advertising.
Detailed clinical information, such as your medical history, consultation notes, diagnoses, and prescriptions, is collected and maintained by Qualiphy and its licensed providers, not by Vynova.
3. Sources
We receive consumer health data from you, from Qualiphy and its providers (status updates only), from our payment processor (payment status), and from pharmacy partners (fulfillment and shipping status).
4. With Whom We Share It
- Qualiphy and its licensed provider network, to arrange and conduct your consultation.
- Pharmacy Hub or Strive Pharmacy, only if a provider issues a prescription, to fulfill and ship it.
- Stripe, to process payment.
- Service providers that host, secure, and support our systems (such as CRM, hosting, email, SMS, support, compliance, legal, accounting, and security vendors), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Government authorities when required by law.
We do not sell consumer health data, we do not share it with any affiliate, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Consent
We collect and share consumer health data only as necessary to provide the service you request. Any other collection or sharing would require your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may:
- Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data and access it.
- Receive a list of the third parties and affiliates with which we have shared your consumer health data.
- Request deletion of your consumer health data.
- Withdraw consent to our collection or sharing of your consumer health data.
To exercise these rights, email compliance@joinvynova.com with the name, email, and phone number you used with Vynova. We will verify your identity using information we already hold. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by 45 days when reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will answer the appeal within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
Withdrawing consent or requesting deletion may affect our ability to coordinate services for you. Deletion requests are also forwarded to the service providers and partners with which we shared the data.
